From age 4 to adult, we have a Taekwondo program designed for your skill level, goals, and schedule.
Ages 4-6
Little Tigers
Our youngest students learn the foundations of martial arts through fun, age-appropriate activities. Focus on motor skills, listening, following directions, and basic kicks and blocks.

Ages 7-12
Kids Taekwondo
Our most popular program! Students develop physical fitness, self-defense skills, and mental discipline. They learn poomsae (forms), sparring basics, and work toward belt promotions.

10-15 students

- Belt testing every 3 months
- Sparring & self-defense

Ages 13+
Teen & Adult
Challenging workouts combined with traditional Taekwondo training. Great for fitness, stress relief, and personal growth. Competition training available for those interested.
